Life in Color Series is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the Ethereum network as such, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and“ as available” without a warranty of any kind. The available NFT’s are considered digital art and in no way shape or form relay that there is any monetary value associated with them except that which the market decides upon their value. Just as art found in the real world is subjective regarding its value so is the Life in Color Series. All purchases accept any and all liability in regards to valuations.

- Property

Each of the Life in Color series is an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network: at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Life in Color NFT.

- Personal Use

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes:
